A Systemic Approach to Conflict Resolution
Maryland Conflict Resolution specializes in providing conflict resolution services and programming to clients throughout Maryland. Maryland Conflict Resolution expertise includes implementing peer mediation programs in schools and youth-serving organizations and delivering conflict resolution workshops and training using data-driven strategies for implementation, goal setting, and program evaluation.
Our facilitators are trained mediators, educators, and conflict resolution specialists and have experience working with you and in HR Employee Development.
The owner of Maryland Conflict Resolution, Star Williams is a trained Mediator serving Maryland and the DMV area. She has worked in Education for over 10 years. Her experience centers around K-12 & Higher Education Students. She has worked with students children and students in schools and the community. Star is well-versed in the Maryland Education System, IEP Regulations, 504 Plans, Maryland College & Career Readiness, and Standards. She is passionate about mediation and has seen firsthand how mediation can solve conflicts, and disputes and mend broken relationships.
